He even offered to come back at anytime if we needed anything else! Couldn't be more pleased! Also had amazing customer service with Violet and Kathy! March 13, 2023I wish to directly address the serious and unfounded accusations you've made concerning my review and the subsequent dispute of charges. The claim that I orchestrated a campaign to leave one-star reviews is not only baseless but also borders on slander. Such allegations are damaging and entirely without merit. It's important to clarify that my credit card dispute was based on genuine dissatisfaction with the condition of the unit I was provided, and the lack of resposne I received from the email I sent to your company, and not an intent to defraud. You’re mistaken about the credit card company denying the claim. They refunded 50% of my payment which was made independently, following their procedures, and a resolution which I thought was fair. You must now recognize the review I submitted as a legitimate reflection of my experience. It's time to accept the review and move on.

We needed it for an unexpected visit to the local clinic, so it also came in handy. In lieu of fighting the traffic and parking, the golf cart was a welcoming addition to our trip. Austin, Regional Manager, was exceptionally professional and responsive.

How old do I have to be to rent and/or drive a cart?
The minimum age to both rent and drive a cart is 21 years old.
Do you deliver golf carts for rentals?
Yes, ZoomAround offers convenient and contactless delivery and pick-up services for every street legal golf cart rental. You do not have to be onsite for our delivery or pickup service. Pricing may vary by location.
Where can I drive the cart?
ZoomAround’s carts are street legal and can be driven on any road that is 35 mph or less.
Can I drive my cart on the beach?
No. It is illegal to drive the carts on the beach.
Do I have to wear a seat belt?
Yes. All passengers in the front row are required to wear seat belts, in addition to those in the back row if you are under the age of 18. Young children should use child car seats.
