Stayed a week on Anna Maria Island. Cart was amazing, the employee Thomas Gambrell who picked it up before we left, was super friendly, asked if we enjoyed our vacation and recommended a restaurant to go to before we leave. Highly recommend zoomaround. Great staff, clean carts and knowledgeable about the island. See you guys again next year!

I recently had the pleasure of booking a golf cart rental with Zoom Around and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. What really made this experience stand out, however, was the outstanding service provided by an employee named Tara. I spoke with Tara over the phone to book my rental and I was blown away by her exceptional customer service. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and provided some great recommendations for routes to take and sights to see during my rental period. Throughout the booking process, Tara was a consummate professional who truly cared about my satisfaction. She made sure that all of the details of my rental were clear and that I had all of the information I needed to have a great experience. When I arrived to pick up my golf cart, everything was just as Tara had promised. The golf cart was clean, in excellent condition, and ready to go. Tara had provided me with clear instructions on how to operate it safely, and I had no trouble getting started on my adventure. Overall, I cannot recommend Zoom Around and Tara enough. The quality of their golf carts is excellent, and the level of service they provide is truly exceptional. Nick came out to detail my cart after someone had mistakenly taken our cart. His attitude was great and he was more than helpful. He even offered to come back at anytime if we needed anything else! Couldn't be more pleased! Also had amazing customer service with Violet and Kathy! When someone took our cart they were quick to locate it and correct the situation! Terrific pick up and delivery service. We rented the six seater gas golf cart while on Anna Maria Island. It was a great way for all of us to travel around the island together.
