What really made this experience stand out, however, was the outstanding service provided by an employee named Tara. I spoke with Tara over the phone to book my rental and I was blown away by her exceptional customer service. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and provided some great recommendations for routes to take and sights to see during my rental period. Throughout the booking process, Tara was a consummate professional who truly cared about my satisfaction. She made sure that all of the details of my rental were clear and that I had all of the information I needed to have a great experience. When I arrived to pick up my golf cart, everything was just as Tara had promised. The golf cart was clean, in excellent condition, and ready to go.
