Great experience. Setting up my reservation was extremely easy. Great customer service. Cathy - one of their agents was an incredible help. I put the wrong address for drop off and she noticed and took it upon herself to contact me and make the appropriate changes without any delay in my delivery. 5/5 would recommend this company.

Great service and great golf carts! We rented a six passenger cart and it was super helpful on our stay at Lido Key. The staff were friendly and helpful and explained everything very well.

Nick came out to detail my cart after someone had mistakenly taken our cart. His attitude was great and he was more than helpful. He even offered to come back at anytime if we needed anything else! Couldn't be more pleased! Also had amazing customer service with Violet and Kathy! When someone took our cart they were quick to locate it and correct the situation! Couldn't be more pleased with how we were handled! Thank you again Kathy!

I recently had the pleasure of booking a golf cart rental with Zoom Around and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. What really made this experience stand out, however, was the outstanding service provided by an employee named Tara. I spoke with Tara over the phone to book my rental and I was blown away by her exceptional customer service. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and provided some great recommendations for routes to take and sights to see during my rental period. When I arrived to pick up my golf cart, everything was just as Tara had promised. The golf cart was clean, in excellent condition, and ready to go.
