I recently had the pleasure of booking a golf cart rental with Zoom Around and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. What really made this experience stand out, however, was the outstanding service provided by an employee named Tara. I spoke with Tara over the phone to book my rental and I was blown away by her exceptional customer service. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and provided some great recommendations for routes to take and sights to see during my rental period. Throughout the booking process, Tara was a consummate professional who truly cared about my satisfaction. She made sure that all of the details of my rental were clear and that I had all of the information I needed to have a great experience. When I arrived to pick up my golf cart, everything was just as Tara had promised. The golf cart was clean, in excellent condition, and ready to go. Tara had provided me with clear instructions on how to operate it safely, and I had no trouble getting started on my adventure. Overall, I cannot recommend Zoom Around and Tara enough. The quality of their golf carts is excellent, and the level of service they provide is truly exceptional. Excellent communication with delivery, pickup, and troubleshooting. The golf cart was so helpful in Zooming Around our family on Lido Key. We needed it for an unexpected visit to the local clinic, so it also came in handy. In lieu of fighting the traffic and parking, the golf cart was a welcoming addition to our trip. Austin, Regional Manager, was exceptionally professional and responsive.

Great experience. Setting up my reservation was extremely easy. Great customer service. Cathy - one of their agents was an incredible help. I put the wrong address for drop off and she noticed and took it upon herself to contact me and make the appropriate changes without any delay in my delivery. 5/5 would recommend this company.
